We are currently in-network with PacificSource, Moda Health, Optum, Premera, Regence, Cigna/EverNorth and OHP Medicaid plans This is subject to change. Check with your insurance provider prior to scheduling to confirm coverage.
Before scheduling an appointment, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits and coverage. This can help you better understand any potential out-of-pocket costs ahead of time. Our goal is to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that scheduling a visit, especially for mental health support can feel intimidating & unfamiliar. Our goal is to make the process as comfortable and stress-free as possible, including our cancellation policy.
As a courtesy, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We also understand that unexpected situations can arise.
Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. This is a case by case fee.
This policy helps ensure fairness and allows us to offer appointment availability to other clients in need.
